Here is my email to the Board, the cabinet, Chany Beeman

While I understand that the majority of the school board has expressed their support for the candidacy of Chany Beeman, to prepare and allow a report based on deliberate fraud and a material misrepresentation is concerning.

The purported backlog of Measure O oversight regarding reporting was cured long before you selected Chany to chair the committee supporting her campaign. I suggest that the board, committees, and staff of RUSD take their fiduciary responsibility to be honest with the public more seriously.

The original reporting delay was due exclusively to the flawed bylaws approved by the board. Irrespective, many years before Chany being placed on the board, this was addressed with the Board. I started the practice of reporting to the board twice per year and bringing the report regarding meetings and issues mutually exclusive of the financial reporting. I have the minutes, the emails, and the presentation to confirm this fact.

By participating in this scheme of material misrepresentations to the public, you, in many ways, indicate the board’s inability to provide their core function of being stewards of the taxpayer’s money. Chany uses a tired and transparent tactic of taking credit for the work of others and blaming the past, which indicates she is not ready to lead and represent the public’s best interest over her own.|

I am appalled that the board, the staff, the administration, and the cabinet allowed and supported this scheme. Your immediate action or non-action will speak volumes about your commitment to service over self.
