I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend IT Nation Connect, an experience that was both enlightening and heartwarming. The event was a melting pot of old friends and new acquaintances, all united by our passion for technology and innovation. One of the highlights was exploring the latest product releases, which provided invaluable insights into how we can enhance our service delivery, especially in the crucial area of CyberSecurity.

The interactions at the event were particularly meaningful to me. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how many attendees, some of whom I hadn’t realized even knew who I was, were interested in my insights on various topics. Many approached me with questions about speaking or teaching on service delivery, pricing strategies, and the creation of value-added service packages that can significantly improve clients’ business outcomes. These conversations were not only affirming but also sparked a plethora of ideas.

Moreover, there was a keen interest in my community service and charity work, which I shared with enthusiasm. The discussions around these topics went beyond mere curiosity; they were about learning and sharing ways to give back to the community, a principle I deeply cherish.

Given these interactions and the clear interest in these areas, I am seriously considering expanding the scope of my blog, knelsonvsi.com. While I usually focus on local politics and issues, I see a growing need to include topics about service delivery and community service. These are areas where I believe we can all learn from each other, and I am excited to explore them more through my writing.
